1. Select timezone as "(GMT-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada)" 2. Make update.zip from the original package of the latest version and add only those directories which are metioned here : http://monstra.org/blog for eg : http://monstra.org/blog/monstra-304-release We shall provide incremental updates only since the update.zip gets changed for every release. Change the min_value in info.xml for every version. Check this blog for every next update and make the required changes. (since 3.0.4)
